The graduate of our mixology course will have learned how to professionally prepare 125 traditional drinks as well as the latest trendy drinks that are popular in each city. Drinks range from the traditional martini & Manhattan to the ever-popular sex on the beach. In addition, the student will learn beer, wine, responsible alcohol service and professional customer service techniques. The school uses the Anheuser-Busch "Beertender" training program and the Guinness Beer "Perfect Pour" training program. The PBSA network consists of 32 state-licensed campuses, each devoted to teaching professional bartending, mixology, and alcohol certification courses. If you're looking for the bartending school that offers the most – in terms of quality instruction, job placement, and value for your money – then we have the resources you need.
Although you'll find lots of great information about becoming a bartender on this website, we know that bartending isn't a skill that can be taught over the Internet, or through manuals and videos. That's why the actual classes are handled in local brick-and-mortar schools, so you can receive personal instruction from experienced bartenders who know what it takes not just to mix drinks, but to earn cash tips on a daily basis.
